3 Areas a religious spirit operates

Non-Christian Area such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam ect…
Within Christianity
Individuals - It seeks them unsaved by getting them to believe going to church, confession and other activities will save them.
If they do get saved it try to keep them from advancing into the fullness of the Spirit.

3. Corporate Spirit of Religion Within Church Structure
A. Target the power brokers or leaders of groups.

The central issue of the spirit of religion is stopping God’s new times and seasons!!


Matthew 9:16-17
16 “No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch will pull away from the garment, making the tear worse. 17 Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.”
